Update replaced the battery and alternator all at once. Did some testing with a voltmeter when at idle I'm reading 14.7, with headlights wiper blades and radio it's at 14.36. With the a/c full blast, headlights wipers on the highest and radio on reading is at 12.87 and dropping. Can it be the compressor that can be causing the alternator not to charge my battery? Either way I'll be replacing the compressor it's about to take a dump it's squeals bad when I put the a/c on then it will blink. And the only codes I get from the a/c system is 41 42 43. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Your lucky you got those codes saying shift solenod. This means your tranny is fine 90% of the time and its just the electrical solenoids which are bad. This is normal considering the miles on the tranny. Change the solenoids and it will drive much much better. Also drain and refill the tranny fluid at least 4 times within 40k miles to clear out the old fluids, this will help alot with tranny responsiveness as well.

I'm planning on doing that for sure. Right now I'm trying to figure out this drain deal. It's just when the a/c is on it will blink no cold air no charging til I cut it off and also when I have the defrost on. That's when voltage drops to like 12.45 or so

Fortunately for me that's one of the probelms I haven't ran into yet, (knock on wood) the AC has been solid so far except for the servo clicking but someone who knows about voltage should chime in

Can anyone verify if that part number is for the shift solenoid e?

This may sound silly, but check your harmonic balancer. If the rubber that bonds the pulley to the balancer itself has separated, it will squeal a bit with the AC on (makes one think the ac compressor is bad) at idle.

Also with it slipping at idle, the alternator will not spin fast enough to generate enough voltage. I thought my compressor was out until I gassed it hard to pass someone only to have the pulley come completely off and the belt went sailing....
