My lic plate bulbs are out, i bought new l.e.d ones

did you put them in backwards?
you have to reverse the polarity sometimes, switch them around.

Also, can you find another stock bulb to test the socket with? That way if a stock bulb turns on, you'll know for sure the problem is with the new LEDs.

I just put led's in mine and had to wiggle them a little to come on. Once they came on they worked perfectly ever since.
