No the starter works great,Its definitely a fuel problem,Im trying to figure out if its the pump starting to go,or the fuel regulator, sometimes it seem that the pump is not getting the signal from the key.maybe a bad ignition switch.Ive dealt with bad starters before and im sure that's not the problem, and the car is not throwing any codes.

It sounds like a car when it's out of gas. I'd probably replace the fuel pump. Mine went at 114k miles.
My 2 cents. Gl

It has gas,I did a scan and it comes up as 2798 code,it means my chip in the key is not communicating with the ecu,if I don't turn the key right away it seems to start right up,its either the key or the ignition it self
