I don't know too much about making the running light HID. but its simple, i guess you would just need an HID kit for the size of the bulb that is in the running light. But I wouldn't do it. Just low beams and fogs HID. Everything else, just some really good bulbs.

The little bulbs in the lower part of your high beam housing is a 194.bulb, there's no hid bulbs that size, replace them with leds that would be a color match to your low beams. Also, please make sure you're not blinding the hell out of everybody else on the road with your hid kit in non hid housings.

Here is a guide to light bulb replacement part and HID and LED upgrade. It covers every light you'll ever need except the glove box and those lights that go under the dash board where your feet are. I'm having a hard time finding those little lights in LED.

The higher the kelvins the less lumens you actually get on the road.

So you bought HID's that have less output than the original 4300K's?
If you want good output and white light the best option is 5000K.

terrible reasoning.

higher the color temp, the less usable light output.

That is true, the main point of lights are to illuminate your path. Stay away from that 8k junk. 5-6k is best.

And OP. I didnt know you were talking about the bulb that what you mean as inner (smaller light lens closer to the grill) light. Just LED it like everyone else is saying, they beat me to the answer.

The glove box and footwells are 74 bulbs.

These guys are right about the 8000k, less useable light than the lower color temps.
