Default remote failing

Hi all!

I have a 99 GS. I seem to be noticing the remote is getting weaker and weaker.

I was wondering how long we expect the battery to last?

Also, if I replace the battery, do I need to reprogram the key?

Thanks!

Russ

Russ,

Mine lasted for about two years, then got real weak. You do not need to reprogram the key.

Here's a link on replacing the remote battery -->Click here for ClubLexus DIY page
