Default Hesitation problem?

We'll I'd like to introduce myself, names Anthony had this gs300 for almost a year now and been happy with it so far.

Last week while going to little drive the vsc/vsc off appeared and car had terrible idle and sounded like it was bogging. I did what I had to do a limp it home with codes still on. I figured let's try and disconnect battery for temporary repair and it worked codes gone and car drives perfect at times but at others feels like it hesitates or misfiring causing car to slightly jerk.
EDIT*
Codes that coming up are for
P0141 (02 sensor)
P0441 (evap emission control)
C1207 ( p/r range switch??????) no clue what or where that would be
C1234 ( yaw rate sensor, apperently already dealer replaced in 1997 haha )
C1223 (abs control system)

Btw I have had the 02 sensor code for a while with the evap one I assume as we'll so not sure if that's something that can cause that much trouble?

what year, how many miles? you dont need for the malfunction lights to come back on! they should be stored on the computer. take it to your local Autozone they should be happy to help you with their scan tool! it could be the TPS, PPS, the throttle motor or even the throttle body itself.
PS: i had my TPS replaced a couple months ago because it was causing my 98 gs400 to go on limp mode

Get the codes before dropping money on a misdiagnosed issue.

I picked up a cheap obd 2 scanner to get codes and iv edited post with what iv got. Hoping to be able to possibly fix my self before I do dump money into it. When I 1st picked up car had someone bend valves doing timing belt on car so already did a motor swap on it quite recently

Wow! what a way to start with a 2g. I feel your pain. I just finished changing my timing belt and thought I had bent the valves on my '00 GS300. Did something stupid. Tried to loosen the bolt that holds the VVT-i pulley to the cam with an impact wrench, after I had taken the old timing belt off but before I had taken the valve cover off to hold the cam with a wrench. It spun the cam counter clockwise about a third of the way around before it stopped abruptly. I don't know if it stopped because the bolt loosened or a valve hit the top of a piston (and then loosened the bolt) . Fortunately, I had it at 60 degrees BTDC (the 1st timing mark) and I was using a relatively weak wrench. It is rated at 50 lb/ft but i had too long an air hose and a leak. So it probably was closer to 35 ft/lb or less. Anyway, doesn't appear to have caused any damage so far. Runs like a top.

Check the plastic air box between the boot that comes from your MAF, and the throttle body. The plastic can deteriorate and start sucking in air causing lean codes and or O2 sensor codes. This will also cause a hesitation on accereration.
