Default Exhaust Tip Question/Info

Im looking for a exhuast tip that will fill the stock bumper. Im talking like 5" Outlet. The problem im having is finding a inlet thats 2.5". It's not 5" but it's 2.5 into 3.5 if this helps I couldn't get no bigger than a 4.5 in my cut outs without cutting a little
