Default Gs430 Review

I'm coming up on 90 days with the GS430 and I have to say this car is incredible. This is my third Lexus and the best so far. I'm driving with my 16" wheels and Blizzak snow tires right now and dont miss the 17" chrome in the winter, the ride of course is a little better but the fun never stops. Everything is laid out perfectly and the service from lexus is great.

My ML amp is being replaced this week (TSB) but thats it. The power, ride, and comfort is second to none. There are no curves or hills where I live so the handling in not that big of a deal, but heck all that power is a great trade off.

The looks I get are very cool .

The dash is layed out with much delight The fit and finish are 100% and rattles nil. I'm keeping this car for a long time

I just cant see driving anything else.

Amazing aren't they? I just bought (Nov. 20th 2002) a 1999 GS400 and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful!

Other than having condensation in both front headlights, whenever it rains, absolutely no problems at all. Even though the warranty just ran out (December 4th 2002), the dealer refuses to replace the headlights under warranty.

I don't think I will ever drive anything else untill I win a lottery, then I would get the MB E55 AMG or simply put a supercharger in my GS.

For the next couple of years, I will be modding the heck out of this car!! This is what makes life worth living.....

Would that TSB apply to an '03?

Hameed: Call Lexus customer service and ask for help. If you read old posts, many members have had their lamps replaced b/c of the condensation problem (myself included). I can't understand why a Lexus dealer would refuse to help you

well technically the warranty is over so they can decline it. but i know a lot of dealership would do it under good-will policy
