Hey,

It's gonna cost somewhere betwee $50 and $120. It just depends on who's painting and how much it's gonna be. Cause the metallic paint we have for our car is expensive. But if you are actually near rod millen they should be able to paint it for cheap.

when i inquired w/ rmm about his grill, he told me it would cost an extra $100 for them to paint it and a couple of weeks before he could send it out to Hawaii...

Angry RMM Paint Job

Wouldn't let RMM paint it!! Tried to get my grille pre-painted from them ( for an extra $50 - 2 years ago, BTW ) & they gave me some song & dance about the black ones flaking off not long after installation. My salesman was honest enough to tell me that they don't paint in-house but farm it out to a bodyshop nearby. Bought mine unpainted & did the prep work myself & had my bodyman shoot it. Two years later & NO flakes or even chips! Was told that RMM won't pre-paint them anymore due to excessive complaints about the quality of the work. Just have a local bodyshop ( preferrably one with lots of 'Vette/fiberglass experience ) paint it. I figure RMM's painter forgot to mix in the flex additive necessary to survive the flexibility of fiberglass.
