Default Front puddle lights not working

I'm in process of changing all my bulbs over to white led. I noticed my front door puddle lights didn't work before replacing them. The rear puddle lights work so I know I have the right bulbs. Anyone have any ideas on the cause/fix?

Does your ignition key barrel light work when you open the front door?

What happens when you press the button to have it always on the "ON" position and not the "door" position?

Yes the barrel light is working.

No change when dome is set to on.

How are you with a mulit-meter?

You can check if you have 12V across the two terminals where the bulb plugs into when the door is open.

If you don't, then check each circuit separately.

12V supply check - Connect one probe of the multi-meter to a good ground and the other probe on each terminal where the bulb goes into. One of them should show 12V, the other should show 0V

0V supply check - Connect one probe of the multi-meter to a good 12V source (battery) and the other probe to the terminal that showed 0V in the first test. This should show 12V again, the other should show 0V.

Remember to have the door opened when doing the test.

Ill pick up a multi meter and check it out. Could it be a fuse?

Yeah, you might as well check the interior light fuses just in case but our GS's have other circuits which use the same fuses as some of the other interior lights but its only the two front door courtesy lights which don't work right?

I will take a look. Yes it appears to be just the two front puddle lights that arent working. The rest work fine. Really odd.
