That is a shame. I hate those a$$holes that do not want to work hard and buy things with their hard earned money. They would rather take it from someone else. This really rubs me the wrong way, oh well, I could go on and on about this. What is the world come to??? I hope they find them and prosecute to the max. I guess I feel this even more, that my house was robbed before the holidays. I thought the Lexus vehicles were very hard to steal. Should I install nother security device on my GS3?

Happy new year everyone...

You NEVER recover the time and money invested in a modded car...its not really even for the money ...its the time spend on building something that you created and matched your personality...

My contacts say Manny is working on a Lexus SC 430 and has 20" chrome Lowenhart LD1 wheels.

Manny: I got contacts.

Call me at work, I have something for you that is long overdue.

Wicked cars!
GS4Fun, you have the most beautiful GS's I have seen. I just bought a Silver 99 GS400 and I cannot say enough good things about it!!

I looked for a blue one (like yours) but could not find any. So I settled for my second choice of color - Alpine Silver. After 1999 they changed the color to Millenium silver (yellowish hue) which does not look as good as the 99 Silver does - IMHO.

What kit do you have on the blue GS? What about the red one? What are those rims you have on the red GS? (Size of rim and tire size?)

He "had" the WIN kit on the blue one, and I believe he just had the Greddy front lip on the Cinnabar one.

The rims are the HRE 540 in 20" chrome. The tires are 255 fronts and 285 rear, at least on the Cinnabar one, I know becuase I bought them from him.

GS4FUN, that blue GS you had was definitley one of the pretiest GS's I have ever seen. My car looks identical to it but Black, I might have to look into a spectra mica blue repaint!!

Thanks for the info! What are the tire wall sizes on the tires you bought from GS4Fun? I am contemplating putting 19 inch rims on mine - 19 x 8.5 Front, and 19 x 10 rear - with 255/40ZR 19 tires on the front and 285/35ZR 19 on the rear. Is that a doable size and a good size that will be the best compromise of ride comfort and handling?

I am a newbie to this and I don't want to do something I will regret later. I am definitely sure I don't want to go to 20 inch rims as I am sure that will adversely affect the ride comfort. But at the same time I want to drastically improve the handling so will go to a maximum of 19 inch rims and the widest possible size of tire. What is the widest possible size of tire that can go on 19 inch rims in the size width or greater that I mentioned above?

Right on the money.

The rims on the blue one were identical.
