2003 GS300--
Started a project to replace valve covers at 140,000 miles. When I removed the coil packs and wires, the valley was full of oil. Soaked out with paper towels. The rest had to be blasted out with pressure... carefully!
Dried with compressed air and paper towels. Replaced valve cover gaskets, reassembled, fired it up, it ran perfectly. Took off for work and "Check engine " light came on... code P0051, HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 2, Sensor 1). Cleared code, drove again, came back on. Checked vacuum lines and all electrical connections, found nothing. I couldn't accept the coincidence of all the work I did and the sensor went out at that moment, finally gave up and replaced O2 sensor.

Check Engine light came back on.

I think I must have damaged a wire somewhere, but so far, can't find it. I don't want to split open the whole harness to find it, need a wiring diagram.


Does anyone have a wiring diagram?

...or any suggestions?
