Default Need ac help it's 105 out already

Ok so I'm having some issues with my 99 gs ac system
When I am driving on the freeway or a normal cruising speedthe ac is nice and cold. But when I come to a stop it Starts blowing very hot I have replaced numerous items in the AC System and triple checked my charge pressure

I've replaced

Condenser
Expansion valve
Liquid line
Evaporator.

Everything was installed correctly with proper amounts of oil and freon

I've seen these problems typically coming from an obstruction in front of the condensor or a Cooling fan not working But both of my fans are working. Also when I'm at a stop for a long period of time the AC start going a lot slower and the idol raises the idol then drops back down and the AC Continues to blow warm until I start driving. The only thing left is the compressor and before I she'll out some cash I'd like to know if anyone has had this problem.

I am just spit balling here but a while back I was having problems with the shift solenoid in the transmission so i pulled the solenoid out cleaned the valve body and put all new fluid in But it seems like I'm still getting slippage from first to second gear I am running a new radiator that has been replaced but no transmission cooler is it possible that since my Transmission seems to be acting up it could be getting warm and Causing my car to run warmer Which can be the cause of the AC only working while driving due to air flow?

I've searched the forums and came up empty handed anyone please

Who charged the system for you? If you did it yourself you need to release some freon out from the opposite end. I think it was the low end valve since high end is where you charge from.

But you should not release freon into the air. It's bad for the earth. Should use a machine.

I charged it through my machine at work it does a standard evac and then a deep hydration that sucks down the whole system

Sounds like it could be the AC condensor fan relay.
