PO125 code for 2000 GS300

PO125 code for 2000 GS300
Hello,
Before this code appear, I got code PO141 and PO161, I replaced the B1S2 and B2S2, thanks to CL forums
, now code PO125 display, I did research and some say it's a thermostat, some say its a ECT sensor. So anybody please tell where is the ECT sensor at? I read through a lot of post but didn't find the one show me where is ECT sensor located.
