Default 1999 GS 300 Wrong Spark Plugs?

Hi Guys, just want your input ....

I think my mechanic put in wrong spark plugs in my 99 GS300

He put in NGK Part # 7090 BKR5EGP G-Power Spark Plugs.

Is that bad for my car?

I know there is a sticker under my hood that says to use double platinum ones with two "prongs"..

just want to be sure I'm still OK with what he put in.

Thank you in advance.

Your car is waste spark ignition type, should use dual tips.

They will work just fine but not last as long.
I had a set of BKR5EGP on the shelf, I put in the wife's GS, no issues after 7k miles.
I will probably replace them after they wear out 20k to 30k miles later...
