Default I need help! Rim suggestions please!

So, I am finally making enough money to get my baby back in good shape. I am currently on 19" Maya ST5s painted matte black. I am missing both front center caps, and to get them replaced (Maya is now out of business they cost $160 a piece), and get the rims powder coated, it would be almost cheaper for me to just buy new rims.

So, my question is, should I go 19s or 20s? I have been looking at TSW Zolder 5s, but I would love suggestions.

If i go with 19s, I can spend more money on wheels since I wont need new tires for awhile. Or, I can wait till I need to replace the tires and go for 20s.

I'm not looking to break the bank on wheels, but, I want to do it right. I will eventually get a build thread going. I want to start a nice, clean, VIP build. No cutting corners. That being said, please give some input on some sexy VIP rims. I drive a black GS4.

All input is welcome!

Here is a more recent close up of the Mayas, you can see they're beat up.

I think i paid around $325ish to strip the clear coat and have them powder coated. Maybe u can find some decent universal cc for all 4 as well. I think ur current rims are nice just give um a fresh look... then u can keep stacking ur cash for the build or stumbled across a classified on rims u cant pass up

this is amazing. I am looking at Lorenzo WL31s also. They have a deal on them right now. $2700 for rims and tires.
