Default Camshaft Pulley GS300

Hello folks, I searched and read about this issue. Some of us said they were having issue after changing the camshaft seal and it was still leaking. Just a brief story on mine is that it was leaking before I changed the timing belt. I replaced the seal, o-ring on the camshaft pulley. After a month or so, it is still leaking oil. I took everything apart again and inspect the seal, and it did not leak through the seal nor the o-ring. Pls see photo, I highlight where the oil has been leaking. Ignore the oil from the inner hex bolt, it has some oil in as soon as you remove the outside hex bolt. My question is do any Lexus members replace the camshaft pulley in order to stop the leakage? Pls, help so I can order the part. It is not that expensive from Sewell aroun $156 shipped. Thank you in advance guys.

FrankT, that photo I took off the outer hex bolt already. I am still puzzle by this leakage to whether it is due to the wear on the camshaft gears. Thank you for your response, FrankT.
