How much do you think my car values for?
My car actually has been modified, it came with TT supra Brembo Front brakes,d2 coilovers, and black g35 rays. The reason why we got a new paint job is cause we wanted it to look new again. My dad replaced all the mods with OEM stuff because of bad influences from my other cousins. The engine has headers and a strut bar, and my radio is a pop up tv **** that i dont really care about, but i bet someone does, and in the trunk, comes with kenwood amp/speakers. I think that's pretty much worth more then 5-7k lol
Unfortunately, you're wrong. Modifications to *not* add value to a car like this. If anything, they take value away. When a car is a dime-a-dozen like the GS, the most valuable ones are the ones that are bone stock and in great, well-maintained, original condition. If modifications exist...the best case scenario is that they don't detract from the car's value.
Guess you guys convinced me on keeping it till it dies out
Tbh, i have no desire to actually own a lexus as my first car. Gas is gonna be a hassle, and insurance too. If i do get to sell the car for a ''good'' price, then i'll get a honda crz or a frs lol
But yeah, shame that many gs's are ending up badly shaped in the road. They're really nice DD cars.

19, and I don't work during the school year, I just invested some money and it was more than enough to last during the school year then I work again during the summer. No offense but a lexus is not a car to have if money is tight. Running costs are relatively high when compared to fords Chevys ect. Mainly due to parts

If you do the discounts and put the insurance under someone else, youre insurance won't be to bad. Shouldn't be more then 2 grand a year, which isnt alot comparatively, and if you do only liability, itll be even less
I'm a 20 year old, with only liability, and I pay about $1,000 a year.

I dont have my licenses yet lol, parents are stricted and still want me to master parallel parking. I got everything else down cept that.
If it's truly a high-yield, short-term investment...I want in, too.
Bought 6k of mylan at 19, sold for 27 , a few thousand shares of actc at .05, went to .09 and I sold, and a few shares of apple at 437 and sold I think it was at 630 or 640, I didn't hold out till 700, but now its only at like 425 so might get back into it. There are a bunch of others but most money I invested was in medical stuff. I got lucky on the mylan. Actc I bought back into when it got to 7 cents and its been pretty steady for the past few months so well see. Thing is you don't technically need a fortune to start off with, but it definitely helps. I'm following a company called Titan medical pretty closely so we will have to see. This just because something that I started doing in my spare time, instead of spending money I mods, I did this.
