Default Issues with aisin timing belt kit?

All,

I did search the timing belt aisin vs oem in this forum and would like to know For the people that bought aisin kit (aisin wp, mitsuboshi tbelt, Koyo idler and ntn tensioner) - do you have any issues?

I need to replace my timing belt soon, I noticed aisin kit is a good deal in terms of pricing; however I am not to sure whether the specs, lifespan and quality equivalent to the oem.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in adv.

Cheers

AISIN is as close to OEM as you'll get. They make the OE stuff, it's been said by various members that work for ToyoLexus dealers that its the same part, in a Toyota box when you get it from them.

I'm running two kits like this that I got from Rockauto [cheaper than those ebay listings], on two different Lexii with no problems.

That Aisin Kit is OEM. They make stock Toyota/Lexus parts. The timing belt is meaty for a timing belt. I have installed the Aisin kit and have had no issues for the last 15k. You should be good...

I just used the AISIN kit as well. All of the parts had the exact same markings as the OEM parts I removed.

If you are smart, you will purchase the cheaper aisin kit since it is the exact parts.

i got the aisin timing belt and water pump, for some reason why the aisin water pump didn't fit properly, so i ended up getting the factory one. maybe just bad batch.
