2000 lexus gs300 eletrical puzzle. Ok so my gs300 sat around awhile, but I got back into it. Heres the problem I have the heater blower will not work with its fuse in the fuse block on passenger side just above wheel. The display shows speed changes but no blower is turning on. We take fuse out the fuse block just above the wheel and blower will work, but radio and map light stop working til fuse is replaced.
