I dont know how many times you have taken apart headlights but putting plastic headlights into an oven that is on is crazy. In my experience you need to preheat the oven to 350 for 10 mins, turn off the oven and put the headlight on a cookie sheet and leave it in there for 5-10 mins.
HidIllusionz.com did mine and I couldnt be happier. Search for my build thread and you will see the headlights.
I've taken quite a few headlights apart. Retrofitted a few too. Nothing crazy about putting headlights in the oven that is on unless your oven is spitting fire like a freakin dragon. 5-10min does nothing in my experience.
