Default Repair or replace GS400 ECU

I need to either repair or replace my ECU. I found this place, Automotive Scientific Inc has anyone ever used/heard of these guys? or am I better off getting one from the junk yard or online somewhere?
I have searched and didnt come up with anything helpfull

If you want peace of mind replace it. It's cheaper if you repair it though.

esolo98 if you want a replacement, I have the ECU from my 98 GS400, I did the 2JZGTE swap and since I have sold the car but still have the stock ECU. PM me if you are interested, I will let you have it for a good price

Thanks 100bajan, but I sent it out for repair, it is way cheaper then having to get another one programmed to my car.

esolo98, how did your repair on ECU go? did you have transmission problem? gong to send out my ECU for repair.
