more then likely its your servo motors for the climate control stuff.

There is a thread on how to run that system through a diagnosis.

if it's vibrations on the dash then i don't think it's a servo motor issue, just recently my door is vibrating as well. i'm still looking for the problems. people, as he stated on post #4, it's VIBRATIONS driving on bumpy roads not NOISES from the dash. to make it clear for everybody, please be more specific for them. does it sound like a winding noise that's out of battery or ACTUAL vibrations that rattles your windshield?

yeah i'm at 70k right now and my dash is rattling but mine vibrates when i'm at the stop lights. it vibrates as if you were having idling issues. in your case since you're only having vibrating issues on bumpy roads, check your tire pressure first then your suspension components. are you steering straight when you're driving 40mph with no hands on the steering wheel? sounds silly but it's a start. think of it as bad alignment, when you drive, it can cause your dash to vibrate, know what i mean?

Default ya

i appreciate the feedback but its not that. it vibrates almost constantly on any bump in the road. it sounds like this ticka ticka ticka ticka. haha with each ticka getting less load, and repaeating. i tried to stuff things between the windshield and dash. there are other vibrations which do not bother me, the dash as always vibrated a little, but this is like a new rattle. happened when i got my car back from the dealer, i think they installed a dash rattle by mistake...

Default Eureka~!

I found it! so it was located in that black plastic cover at the bottom, under the steering wheel. Thanks to the person that suggested a servo being damage, the sound just echoed up to the dash. not sure if i will remove this piece all together, just need to remove the diagnosis port that is attached,.thanks to everyone! i would suggest checking this area out b/c it full of vibrations. thanks~

let us know how it turns out after you fix it. i couldn't imagine a servo causing that much vibration to a dash that'll cause the windshield to vibrate. so it's a "ticka ticka" sound you're after and not the "vibration".

1swt2gs - have you done the sunroof fix diy with the felts? the vibration i have is from the driver side dash as well and it's creeping to the driver side door lol..gotta find a frickin solution to that vibration.
