Only 104k with that many issues? Sounds fishy. Not to mention signs of an accident. Either the owner did just about no maintenance or the car has more miles than he is telling you. You can spend a little more and get e much better car.

If you have an awesome mechanic get a quote on what it would be to fix it. Then make your decision based on that.
The same car with that mileage is around $6500 - $10,000 where I live.
