Burping is VERY easy.. simply fill up your radiator, and with the radiator uncapped, start the car and let it idle. I usually let it idle for about 10-15 minutes with the heat on.

If you want to get crazy and super bleed it:

You can also jack up the front of the car so the radiator is the highest point in the cooling system...

Sounds like stuck open thermostat.

Could also be your cap.

Do GS's run clutch fans? If so, check that out as well. If the clutch fan stops spinning the car will possibly overheat. A great way to test a clutch fan is attempt to spin it. If it spins more than a couple of times in rotation without any resistance, then it's bad. Very simple to replace. But some of the others mentioned a few ideas, stuck thermostat and bad cap could be the culprit.

On the contrary, I think it's not opening. Check your t-stat and make sure the hole is at the top position or just replace it for good measure. Other culprit could be the water pump

Like everyone else mentioned. I do not believe its air in ur system, sounds like water pump, t-stat, or cap.
But for the record I had to "Burp" and LS400 once and basically just opened up the drain valve on the bottom of the radiator and let some coolant out until it was a nice stream, then filled up the system.

replace your thermostat and cap.... you'll already be in there so why not unless your low on funds... if not, take out the thermostat and test it in boiling water and see if it opens. If it doesn't.. replace.....

I'm assuming it is because the top is hot and bottom is cool.
