Fill and Redrill Rims

I just picked up a set of Nad 4 19'' rims but the bolt pattern is 5x130. Can anyone refer me to a shop near the San Fernando Valley that fills and redrills rims. Also if you can give me a price range that would be great. Thanks in advance.
