this happen a few days ago, fishy situation with the police involved, the other party, one of the 3 officers was "on the scene" and didn't ask us for our statement on what happen... saying we were on the right lane, but was on the left lane, didn't signal, which we did, just fishy, thats all i could say...

so what exactly happened?

hope you documented everything, cause if it is what you said it is, the cop is gonna side with the police officer.

this is what happen, gf was driving, there were 3 lanes, all 3 are straight lanes, but the further one turns into a left turn only, we were coming to a red light so all the cars were starting to slow down, then the gf decided to turn on the left turn only lane, i told her to make sure no one was coming, she said there wasn't any cars coming on that lane, so she start to process on her merge to that lane, we make it a few ft on the lane, then all i see was this thing come flying by and rammed into us, we instantly stopped and the other car kept going another additional 30+ ft on the opposite side of the road. i went to the other vehicle to make sure they were ok, they were yelling up a storm at me, that i ruin their mini van. she said im calling the cops, we said thats fine, 3 cops showed up, at the time we didnt know that one of them was the other parties son, the lady that wrote out the paper work, for some reason has us moved further from the other party, then 5 mins later she hands us an accident report, which was in unreadable, didnt ask we for our statement, but we believe it said we turned in front of them, so we went to get a better copy from the police station instead, the accident report stated on their copy to send to the dmv, we turned in front of them without signaling, saying they were already in the left lane, saying we were in the right lane, which was incorrect, we actually were on the left turn only lane, from the pictures it does show that my car is facing inwards, also the other party refuse to answer any questions or give a statement...

haha!! yes, it still tasted good too, my gf can wasnt to lucky, sad to say, it made it on the dash...

the guy in the 2nd picture was the one telling us that the police officer was their son, but since we were next to a dealership and there were workers outside, im hoping someone say the accident...

if indeed everything you said was right, you need to get the witnesses that were there. Get this all settled or the other party is going to end up blaming you for the accident!

my insurance said, its real fishy, but since the other party isn't willing to answer any questions or give a statement, so they cant do much but look at the report, since the officer who wrote it wont amend it, saying that she did receive a statement from us. im hoping that ones sales man, that was walking on the sidewalk, which yelled at me to quickly take pictures, did see what happen...

Sorry to see that, remember your car, looks/looked great, hope you can get things straightened out and taken care of. Definitely sounds like the cop is protecting his family, hopefully you can track down a solid witness.

im not a fan of the jp kit, i actually had a wald exe kit, but sold it, i was going to go another route, but plans might have changed, it should be totaled out, its 4gs so far, but the shop hasn't got to the broken/bent parts into the suspension yet. i want another gs4, but im starting to float towards the sc430, it be different for me, i only own the g series lexus.
