Q Lock Problem
I recently experienced problems locking and unlocking the driver's side doors after a jump start and replacing the car's battery (probably a coincidence). I can lock and unlock the passenger's side with the remote and the switch on the door. When I use the remote to lock, I hear the right side actuators, the doors lock, and then I hear the actuators again. The same thing happens (double actuator click) when I unlock.
I checked all the fuses that were labeled DOOR LOCK or WIRELESS REMOTE.
I guess that leaves a wiring problem??? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem?
Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Before I start removing door panels, would it be safe to assume that it's the driver's actuator that's the problem?
Also, I read the first 3 pages of the DIY on how to replace the actuators but there are about 56 total pages. Is there anything buried in the other 53 pages that's important?
Thanks.

I have just the opposite problem. Bad actuator is locked so I can arm alarm. When I unlock whole car (double click), it trys a second time to unlock locked door, and since the others are already unlocked by that point, its just "screw it" and doesn't try to keep unlocking it.
If you find the door causing your problem, you can probably just lock it by hand and be is the same situation as I am. I've already got the new acutator, just haven't put it in yet.
