Default Need help figuring out why my telescopic steering isn't working!k

So my car is due for a lot of maintenance service. Some things I can figure out what to do and what the prob is and some I cant.

*

1.****** Just do my general 120k mile* service
2.****** My rear suspension is squeaky, so possibly some parts need to be changed
3.****** Dash sounds like there is a vibrator stuck in there on the passenger side. Servo motors need to be changed
4.****** *New problem when I turn my headlights on* the light in the dash doesn’t light up. And when I put my key in the ignition the telescopic steering wheel doesn’t move anymore unless I move it. Anyone have any idea as to what might be causing problem number 4?

I need some help with this.

*

thanks

Try unplugging the battery for about 10 minutes then replugging it back in. I had that problem and that fixed it
as for the light problem try looking above your e brake release and there should be a little circular **** and turn that.
