Totaled
Thanks everyone. I'm glad and thankful we're both ok but I'm really not liking all of my cars getting totaled..If it were my fault, then I'm the idiot and nothing I can do but both the cars I liked and enjoyed driving are gone and it's not even my fault. Just a bit frustrating.
And my second accident with my brand new car and a DUI case, we're having to file a suit because the drunk driver's insurance company is being less than reasonable. 70 year old man with a .167 BAC reading at 6PM on a Friday night. Wasn't even his first DUI.
Anyone want to see my Kia I had?
I honestly do think it looked better than most Lexus vehicles, stock (besides the LFA and maybe the new GS)

First of all glad everyone survived the accident.
I have a few thoughts:
* Did anyone get cited with a ticket from law enforcement?
* If this wasn't your fault the cited party's insurance should be the ones to pay if this is the case.
* If law enforcement were called, obtain a copy of the police report. This should support your claim who's at fault along with your dashcam video.
* If air-bags were deployed, in most cases the insurance company my agree to total your vehicle.
* With head on collisions strong possibility your Lexus won't drive the same again if repaired, and if you trade it you'll take a hit from Carfax.
