Dried water "marks" inside headlight housings
Just wondering if anyone else has this problem. The lenses of my headlights have the appearance of moisture which has then dried leaving somewhat noticable white residue on the INSIDE of each lense. This has been bothering me for some time now. Short of disassembling my housings, is there anything that can be done to fix this?? Maybe some type of spray solvent that will make these marks go away????

moister in headlights
I have moister in my headlights as we speak. I hope that it does leave marks in mine like it did to you. I don't know what I should do. Is yours under the warranty.

I am having this crisis as well. My headlights are turning greyish and its dirty on the INSIDE. The only solution is either crack open the lens and clean it or buy the 2001+ gs headlight covers.

If it makes you feel any better, my 2002 is already doing this as well. My last car, a BMW M Roadster also did it and they replaced the headlight assemblies under warranty. I hope Lexus will be as understanding!

Headlight moisture
If your car is still under warranty, the dealership should replace the headlamp assembly for free. They did for me here in Charlotte. I think it is a known problem so they didn't put up any fuss.

I meant the actually lenses. Instead of buying the whole 2001 gs headlight assembly just get the lenses.
