05 GS300, when I insert the key the steering wheel raise up a bit (the height can also be programmable) along with annoy "gagagagagaga" sound. After that no odd sound and turn left/right no sound. The sound happens during warranty (40K) and I didn't send it for repair now 72K miles already. also no wind seal (windows?) how to fix? Any help would be appreciated.
