Should I go with a Denso air fuel sensor part # 234-4048 or the OEM sensor part # 8946530430 for Bank 1 sensor 1? I've read that Denso makes the OEM sensor but are they exactly the same? I'm getting the CEL p0171 code. This is for a gs300. Thanks.

 

does the CEL p0171 code come and go or is it constant?

 

Look on the oem sensor and youll see "denso" clearly scribed onto it. Im running denso sensors no problems, way cheaper even with my employee discount at the dealer.

 

Go with DENSO, if you got money got with oem

 

My mechanic cleared the code and it didn't come back on. I've been driving around for a few days with no CEL.

sorry for bringing this old thread back to life and my P0171 code keeps coming on and off without be clearing it. is it an injector or the 02 sensor?
