looking for a new shift ****

my shift **** is started to rip and i'm wondering if you guys have any suggestions on new shift ***** besides the oem shift *****..any suggestions? thanks

I'll probably stick with oem. Maybe upgrade to a wooden shift **** so you wont have to deal with rips?
