Is there anything I can do? The procedure on here says I need to press lock/unlock 10 time total, but my two passenger side locks are not cooperating. So I can't get the car to enter programming mode. Why do these cars have such sh%%%y locks

I had the same problem, fortunately it was only the driver door. First off, if you havent already, search for the DIY on how to easily and cheaply fix the actuators 
If you do that first, then you dont have to follow my solution 
Ok pretty simple. What I did was that every time I had to unlock or lock the door, I did it by hand. In your case, you're gonna need 2 extra people, or one patient one What I found was that they dont all have to lock and unlock at the exact same time, but better to sync with your helper..
ok so that was 300 words with information that could have been said in 10
now the downside, you might have programmed it successfully, but you still have the busted locks, so that will still effect its function. i still have to lock and unlock my passenger door by hand :/

I also have this problem... looking into getting my passenger rear door lock actuator repaired.
I think a locksmith can program it with a computer. I'll when I get my spare keys cut.
