Default Differential Plugs and Head Light Question

I was going to do the Rear Differential Fluid a while back but my Fill Plug was rusted and I ended up stripping it so now it is stuck on. I am going to have to get it drilled out and I will need a new Plug. I was looking on Sewell Lexus but I could not find the Plug for the 2GS.

Here are the Part Numbers:
Drain Plug Gasket: 1215710010
Drain Plug: 9034118035
Fill Plug: 9034118032

I used Sewell's Search to look for the Parts.

My question is, do you think buying the parts that are made for other models will work on my car? The part numbers are the same for other vehicles, they just don't have them for the 2GS.

My second question is regarding the headlights. My passenger headlight has been having an off and on issue where it will not turn on. I would have to restart the car and flip the lights on and off for it to finally turn on. Now this same light is purple instead of the white hue that it is supposed to be (OEM) bulb. Do you guys think that the bulb needs replaced, or that this is a different issue?

I'm pretty sure that the part will fit if its all the same part number and as for your headlight, Its about to go out. Order one now and you'll have one before it dies. Just happened to me. It turns purple then flickers and dies. I would say you have less than a week from when it turned purple until it dies.
