Default Ignition question for UCF10

A 1990 UCF10, not sure if the spark plugs have ever been changed, figured its time now that I have some money, my question is do the spark plug wires HAVE to be changed with the plugs? or can the spark plugs be independently changed?

they can be changed separately but would advise holding off and just doing it all at once to save some time.
