Need help please
i need your expertise on this. First of all i ordered a set of cross drilled rotors with the slots from 88rotors and would they be ideal for the hot Arizona weather? i was thinking of swapping the pads they sent with for akebonos act pro tech, whats your input on this?
also what type of grade oil should i use in this hot weather? 10w40? or 5w30? 20w50? thanks

Drilled rotors offer less braking surface and in some cases can be weaker then solid rotors. Theoretically they will stay cooler and do a better job at expelling braking gases so that the pad can make better contact with the rotor which will increase braking performance. In reality they will mainly serve a cosmetic function on your car and should be fine.
Just about any pad should be fine. Just stay away from racing brake compounds that are designed to work at racing temps. Your brakes will be noisy and ineffective until they warm up.
For oil use what is recommended by Lexus. Your owners manual will have a oil viscosity by climate chart. More then likely it will be the same as what is indicated on your oil cap.
