i don't think it's the same. this one has thinner outer line.

OP I would say it's a OEM mercedez grill and the other one is the TRD grill with lexus emblem.

i actually like it because it doesn't make the car looks like a Mercedes wanna be like some other grills.

LOL I know what you mean. Its way too benz looking. I've seen some people remove the middle slat and paint it and it look MUCH better
