Default Dyeing my headliner black!!

I've always wanted black headliner in my GS first my leather now this haha so im going for it using duplicolor vinyl and fabric paint looks good so far stay tuned..

idk why lexus decided to put grey headliner in the gs its soo ehhh.... it contrasts so well with the car now that its black hows it holding up?

my friends did that back in the days... looks nice
but it feels a little crunchy, and wears easy (luckily for you, its the headliner that wont get touched often)

You are going to run into a BIG ISSUE: SUNFADE.

I have my interior wrapped in microsuede and my pillars both front and rear and the sides all got a bit a sunfade damage on them. I've even bought some RV UV protectant spray to cover it and sprayed the items after I put fresh fabric on them and they still get sunfaded.

This will happen even after you place tint on your windows. Even with ceramic tint.

If I find a solution I'll post here, if someone else does then post here as well.

Your headliner will be the toughest to remove. You dont have to remove the seats all you need to is make sure the seats are as low and flat as they can go.
