Cam seal replacement tutorial (430)?

I remember there was a big thread with a bunch of pictures for cam seal replacement tutorial - and I've been searching and cant find it? Anyone got it bookmarked by any chance?

Nope, no DYI on the 3uz for that.
Cam seal replacement requires the cams to be removed... Please take pictures.

not that i know of. I know Jeff did it on the 2j but havent seen it on the 1uz/3uz.

was it hard lookin at the pics 3 years back?

i bought these years ago when i did my 90k service but never installed them....if i can find them i will sell them cheaply to you. i passed as i didnt wanna pull my cams to change this plus mine werent leaking
