Default Parts from another GS

I saw an ad on Craiglist for a guy selling all his parts from his 2000 GS300. I'm in need of an actuator (sp) for my passenger window. Would it be okay to purchase this from the CL ad?

Also, my passenger door window switch is trippen out. The switch for the window going down is fine, but when I hit the switch to go back up, it continues to go all the way down. Then I have to keep playing with it and finally it goes up. Any thought? Is there another part that I need that I can buy from the CL ad?

Thanks!

Would it be ok to purchase from Craigslist? Sure.

Consider the basics though. Its a used part so you run the risk of it failing or not working. With Craigslist you also run the risk of robbery or worse. Be smart and careful. Price new vs used costs and figure out if it is worth the risk.

Its worth it yes if the parts are in working order. Id just buy new since you dont know how long the used part would even work.
