Default HELP!! Somebody please identify the part Number



I have lexus gs430 2002.
Please somebody help me identify the part number for this hose. Its cut somehow and im getting an annoying CL.
I went on the sewell parts website.

but this diagram is so confusing. if somebody can decode this and find the part number.. I'l be grateful.

since i dont live in the US we dont have places like autozone where i could go find a generic hose. so gotta order this from my local dealer.

just go to any auto part and buy a hose in same size to replace that.

we dont have any such auto stores here =\ and since we dont evn have the emissions testing here... nobody even knows hows to fix this. they just blame it on the fuel difference between US / DUBAI. I however searched the forums and found out that it could be this house and it was.
anybody can help me with the part number from the diagram?

thanks guys.
I found out the part number.
It is 2382950100.

Its not available anywhere here or the neighboring countries. I superglued it for now since its extremely stiff. Hopefully would order it off sewell next month.
