Default Which LED Tails should i get?

Can anyone tell me which Brand of LED Tail Lights are the BEST? I saw some on Ebay for $498 from Japan. Are they worth it? Whats the difference from the $250-$300 ones???

I run the DEPO tails and inners, they're great quality and haven't had a single problem with them. They give a clean stock look but your car is going to definately look 5-10yrs newer than a GS with stock tails. Mines were $194 with shipping, im not into the whole JDM thing so paying $500 just because they're from Japan is absurd to me, but to each his own.

I can't vouch for any other brands but the DEPOs are a direct replacement, and straight plug and play. I have heard someone mention that the capacitors get really hot though but i've never used mines anyways, you can just connect them straight into the factory plug.

@ CTGS, I purchased mines on Ebay from a store called 'americanmotorparts' and they were actually $194 for all four rear lamps with free shipping.

for some reason im not a big fan of the leds on the gs's. the way the led's are positioned looks kinda off with the body of the vehicle when theyre lit. and at day time when they are lit, you dont even notice theyre on!

01+ tails or real insurance "non" led tails gets my vote. but if you must get led's then the thin led's tails is a winner.

I got my DEPO's a few weeks back, install was easy, bolted right on, and I got mine for under 200$ shipped off ebay.
