Anyone ever get this jolt?

Anyone ever get this jolt?
I had a 2000 GS300 and I never got this problem. But in my 2002 GS I got it several times. Okay now the car will be warmed up and all up sudden it jolts and slams into like 3rd or 2nd gear. Almost sounds really bad. But what I have realized is both times I have had the car almost on empty so maybe that has something to do with it. But my old one never did this. Another thing might be that this new model has E shift so maybe its a different transmission set up and thats why I never got this problem on my old one. Well I don't know it just pisses me off that the car is brand new and it sometimes slams into gear. It ussally happens when I am slightly touching the peadal.. Who knows maybe I confuse it by not giving it the proper presure to the pedal so it doesn;t know what it should do. But I never had this on my old one and I drive the same.. If anyone has any ideas feel free to let me know thanks

My GS did that twice a few months ago when it was new... I haven't had it do it since but I was worried so I brought it to Lexus and they couldn't find a problem with the tranny... I don't know what to tell you, but if it keeps on happening defenitly go to the dealer... ANd let us know what they say...
