This'll answer both questions. I run a high end detailing workshop in Melbourne, Australia.

Thanks guys. I ended up taking it to the local Dealership, usually Alexus is cheap to repair, but this time it was $600 for a tow to the dealer, inhibitor/neutral switch and labour
