Both are reputable companies so you can't go wrong with either. But Tanabe offers 3 different springs, DF, GF, NF, etc . Tein, last I saw, offers two different springs. It is all depends on what kind of drop and ride you want. You may want to look into KYB GR-2 replacement shocks or Bilstein Sport or HD shocks for your lowering springs.

Or one step further would be to look into into coilovers.

Again, it all depends what you want out of lowering your GS.

This has been discussed tons of times so feel free to search for more info.

depends on how much of a drop you want. and how stiff you want your ride to be.
go to both websites and compare.

I have the Tanabe df210 springs on my 430 and love them. I have Tein coilovers on my Subaru and love those too, lol. Either should be nice but the Tanabe springs can go lower.

I own Tein STechs, had had it for 3 years. No complaints. Aggressive drop on 20's and car drives like factory but a lot more responsive handling. Smooth, couldn't be happier.
