I have a 98 GS300 and when I accelerate or stop and go, I have to very lightly step on the gas so it won't jerk. Seems like there's a delay in response. Any solutions?

I've heard there's no real solution to it because it's the drive by wire in the car that causes it.

Reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes. Others will pull the ECU fuse but the end result will be the same. This seems to fix a lot of peoples issues with responsiveness and acceleration.

Search "ECU RESET" for more info.
