Default 01+ Green Tinted Headlights...

What do you guys think about these DEPO brand
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-02...item23110406b7

It states w/o h.id. type and I'm not sure whether or not to get these since my 98 GS4 factory headlights come with the xenon/h.i.d. feature already. So I'm assuming that I loose that along with auto level I suppose? Would you switch?

Yes you will lose the autolevel and hid feature of your current lights. Which I would not do. Are you after better lenses because yours are faded/scratched?

If u were to buy them I would try to see if you could swap the outer lenses onto your current housings.

Screw it. I guess I'll pay a few hundred more to get these but are they $561 before or after the CL discount?

http://lexus.sewellparts.com/accesso...2003/4337.html

And why is there one for for $672?

Just ordered my green tint headlights today from Sewell and with the CL discount I'd say it wasn't as much as I expected but fair. Anyways, can't wait to upgrade from my 98 headlights. Plus I kinda miss having the amber in the turn signals since I cleared mines out, and since my lights were needing a polishing anyways and that these headlights were nearing almost 14yrs old I figuered oh wth. Anyways, check classifieds soon for my factory xenon/h.i.d. headlights w/the amber turn signals cleared out.

Make sure you post pics when you get them, J. I'm planning on doing the same thing you did. I have a 98GS3 w/o HID's and am planning on ordering the green tint HID equipped ones in the near future, so i'd love to see what they look like/output is like when installed.

If you have money coming out of your ears, then by all means go for brand new headlights. Not very cost-effective option in my book.

Agreed, Parker, but my headlights are getting really bad.

I really do need new ones. Already buffed them once, but the condensation is on the inside of the headlights, not all of it is outside.

I don't trust myself doing that. I have a friend that will do it for me, but i'd rather just buy a new set with HID's and that I could possibly retrofit.
