Default Gs Shaking and being loud.

Ok my passenger side lower ball joint recently snapped and I had my car sitting for about a week while I waited for the part to come in. Fixed it and started my car and its sounding really loud like there is a hole in my exhaust. But the car is idling really low and dies out some times when I go from high rpms to a dead stop. After I step on the gas it doesnt shake anymore but im still getting the sound like theres a hole in my exhaust. Anyone know what could be wrong? please help me thanks

Could be one of your engine mounts that you may have destroyed.

No its not that my exhaust sounds different while driving. I was thinking maybe a fouled out spark plug. could this cause this? Thats what it sounds more like while driving like one of the cylinders isnt working.

If it was a misfire or one of the cylinders not firing right then that would cause the CEL to come on. Nonetheless you could still try checking for any codes.
If you check the plugs check the ignition coils too for proper spark.

If you cant see the plug is covered in oil. Inside looks full of oil but it was just in cylinder one and none other. What could this be rings going out valve seals help me please!!!!

Your spark plug o-rings are leaking. You would need to open the valve covers and they are located above the spark plug hole.
